On Sunday 6th October I ran the Cardiff Half Marathon for the Friends of St Barnabas School PTA and was chuffed to complete the course in one hour 50 minutes - 7 minutes quicker than my previous time! A huge thank you to everyone who supported me and the school so generously! It really has been appreciated.

St Barnabas CE Primary School and Green Lane Pre-School in Worcester are both truly special places to learn, play and work, and I am proud to be one of the school governors. Our motto is "inspire, nurture and achieve" and we know that, with the right environment, each chld can reach their full potential.

The Friends of St Barnabas PTA is a fantastic group of parents who work so hard to raise money for vital equipment and activities which help make each child's time at the school special.

At the moment space is very limited and one of the things we are fundraising for is the last bit of money we need for a new school hall. This extra space would make a huge difference for indoor sport, gymnastics, dance and drama, as well as being able to offer more after school clubs and wraparound care.
