Its 31 years since Ukraine became independent.  So starting on the 16th March I will be walking 310,000 steps in 31 days, to raise money for Lumos Emergency Ukraine Appeal. 

Lumos has been working in Ukraine since 2013, protecting the most vulnerable children by tackling the root causes of family separation and reuniting children with their families.

Right now, the Lumos team is working in Ukraine, in neighbouring countries, and with trusted partners in the region to provide assistance to children trapped in orphanages, to provide emergency food, hygiene and medical kits, to help keep some of the most vulnerable children safe, and support families, foster carers and
emergency foster carers. They urgently need your help.
