As many of you know I can be a little bit noisy at football! I will be doing  another  sponsored  silence  at the Accrington  v Morecambe  game on my birthday  on 25th  September. I am doing it in memory  of  Wendy, one of my best mates wife who sadly died last year, Simon, one of my best mates  who has a dementia  and a lady who was a huge influence  on my kids when they were little  who I recently  learnt  has dementia.
