As many of you know I have been heavily involved in our Foundation for over 13 years now and taken part in numerous cycle rides across Europe. This year should have been in Tuscany, but due to Covid, it is more nearer home. Most Charities are really struggling with the Pandemic and hopefully we can raise enough to make a difference.

Later this week on 24th September 2021, I will be taking on an epic, 3-day challenge from Walney to Whitby. This 3-day ride will start in Walney and finish in Whitby with overnight stops. This is no easy cycle - all participants will have to dig deep, relying on a mixture of grit, determination and camaraderie to complete the 3 day ride. The main focus of the Charitable Foundation is on helping children and young people who have special needs or are disadvantaged, both in the UK and overseas. The Charitable Foundation also supports the hospice movement, charities in aid of cancer and, more recently, those helping people of all ages with mental health issues.
