This weekend I'll be taking on the second (and final!) part of my challenge this year which is to complete the Great North Run and raise funds for St. Oswald's Hospice. 

A few people have said they would like to sponsor me for this, although I'm pretty sure that everyone I know has for the Wall so please don't feel the need to again, but if you haven't, or have any spare change and would like to, that of course would be great!
