On 11th June I start a 9 day challenge riding from John O'Groats to Lands End on the Deloitte Ride Across Britain, a 1,000 mile adventure. (www.rideacrossbritain.com). 

I'm raising money for Christ's Hospital which does amazing work offering a boarding school education for children that are in need and not able to afford the fees of a private education. Please help me raise money for this worthy cause. 

Well it is now after the event and I am now safely back home after one of the most amazing experiences I've had in recent years. Inspirational people took part on the ride including one man riding a hand cycle (he is paralysed from the wait down). I am a lot fitter now and want to keep hold of that for a while yet. Had to take my belt in as I've lost about 2 inches off my waist!
