This year I’m running the London Landmarks half marathon (not fancy dress) & The Carlisle half marathon in fancy dress to raise money for the amazing Eden Valley hospice. 

Eden Valley hospice was our charity of the year in 2023, and as the new male captain of DH Runners I wanted to carry on raising funds for this wonderful charity. 

Eden Valley hospice offers the highest quality care for adults with life limiting illnesses for people in north Cumbria. Whether it’s inpatient care, day care or vital care and support for their families and friends at probably one of the toughest times of their lives. The hospice also provides an on-site flat which is available for families to use who need to stay close by while a relative or loved one is being cared for.

All the care the hospice provides to its patients and families is free at the point of delivery. No matter how big or small your donation is it will make a huge difference to a lot of people.
