Besstel Foundation supports mental health care in Ghana. Each year we take a group of professionals to undertake an education programme. Most of us pay our own costs but there are a lot of expenses to make the visit a success. We are working at hospitals, schools of nursing, the prison service and psychiatric hospitals.
