Having turned 40 this year I felt it was my duty to have a mid life crisis and so agreed to run this years Manchester 10K on Sunday May 15th.

My creaking knees and ankles have just about managed to last through my training and now I am ready to go !

I am raising money for Riding for the Disabled (Warrington) as my 8 year old son Sam goes horse riding there and although he is unable to tell us how much he enjoys it, the smile on his face is priceless so I know first hand what a difference charities such as this can make to disabled children and their families.
