Huntington's disease is a life changing disease which stops parts of the brain from working over a undetermined period of time, I have family members who are suffering from this disease now and ones that have suffered and also ones that will.

My Sister, who has the disease , shared a post on Facebook, which was the Huntington's Disease Association 50MyWay, which is to mark the 50 year point. The Huntington's Disease Association supports anyone who is affected by Huntington's disease across England and Wales and pursue the best possible care; provide training & advice to families and professionals; raise awareness, and promote research towards better treatment and care. I thought it was about time I gave something to an association which deals with something close to me, so I set myself the challenge of completing 50Km's per day for 50 days on an exercise bike.

The challenge will start 20th May 2022 and will finish 8th July 2022 and the distance of 50Km in one session each day, which will cover 2500Kms the target I am setting is £1 per Km. The challenge will be carried out at the Greenbank Leisure Centre, Swadlincote, usually starting around 1630Hrs until I achieve the distance for week days and the weekends will start around 1300Hrs till I achieve the distance
