My Dad didn't tell us he had problems with his waterworks. When he did confess he went to the hospital where he had many, intrusive tests. He had left it too long - the cancer had entered his bones and quickly spread to his spinal cord. We did get to take him to the Bugatti museum in Molsheim, a place that he had always wanted to go - a special time for my brother, me and of course my Dad.

Despite valiant efforts to save him, he passed away shortly after. 

Recently several of my good friends have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and some of my old work colleagues are sufferers. When you start to look deeper, you find that Prostate Cancer is common.

I am retired now and want to raise money for Prostate cancer research, education and care. I was, a long time ago, a racing cyclist and this ride is one way of saying thanks to my Dad for driving me all over England to ride in races.
