Update: So I’ve hit this next target so I am running 5k a day for April now too.... So if I reach £1500 I will extend a further month again....

Update: I said to my daughter if I raised £500 I would extend this to run 5k a day through March too. So onwards to March too! If I get to 1k I will probably do another month also but open to suggestions for another challenge to add! 

So what started off as just a personal challenge to try and get fit again and regain some motivation, after some pestering by my good friend Alex I thought id see if I could raise a couple of quid in the process too. 

So what am I doing? I am running a minimum of 5k a day for the month of February and I think I've picked the perfect month weather-wise. 

So onto the why this Charity? Well as some may be aware I was diagnosed with PSA a few years ago, currently on various medications which have really got this under control for myself. However others are not so lucky and millions of people wake up with arthritis every morning and face the day in pain, without the support and recognition they deserve.
