Me and Jim starting this Friday (15th of May) at 1600 will run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. I will be taking on the challenge from Ruislip in London & James will be running around the streets of Liverpool 

So if we finish our first run at 1635 the next run starts at 2000 then 0000 and so on until Sunday at 1200, this will be our last 4 miles. We will run a total of 48 miles during this challenge. 

Anything you can spare during this difficult time will be greatly appreciated. We are only partway through this pandemic, our NHS still needs help after this is all over. They will not get time off they will be straight back into the grind to help all other patients in the hospitals around the country. So please again if you can give the price of a pint or just £1, anything you can spare will make a difference.
