It's 20 years since I first ran in 1998 and I'd like to keep it up for as long as possible. Doing this raises money to help vulnerable groups especially young people, firstly by providing them with stability and support, then enabling them to achieve their goals of independence, health and wellbeing.

• £150 could provide computer training enabling a homeless young person to gain employment
• £30 could provide one night’s accommodation
• £10 could provide a hot evening meal and breakfast;
• £5 could provide a young person fleeing abuse, with a wash kit and toothbrush on their first night in our hostel.
