Grove Cottage provides support to familes with disabled children. The money raised will help to support the cost of providing 1 to 1 care for children with special needs.

On 8th June 2011, I and two friends will complete the Welsh 3000's challenge. This involves walking to the top of the 15 peaks above 3000 ft in Snowdonia. The route is 24 miles, and should take around 17 hours (see attached video). http://www.welsh3000s.co.uk/
