Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The current financial pressures are hitting many families and individuals hard, including many in Tunbridge Wells.

St Matt’s Community Larder started in November 2020 at the Bethel Hall in High Brooms. There are areas of social deprivation within the community, reflected in high rates of pupil premium children in the local primary school . The larder is an opportunity to provide affordable good quality food to local families and individuals, especially in these difficult times of increasing job losses and financial pressure, whilst also reducing food wastage.

Tomorrow I will be attempting the Great North Run in aid of St Matt's Community Larder. Please help to support your neighbours.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Your sponsorship will be paid to Southborough and District Lions Club (of which I am a proud member) - who will pass it on to St Matts.

PS thanks to those who bought our Gala Day raffle tickets. I am pleased to report that a neighbour won the Bluebell Railway tickets.
