We are walking 2 million steps by the end of September for Vasculitis UK. This is in memory of Peter Tansey, who had a form of vasculitis.

Peter was a lovely man; his passions were his family, his friends, sailing and his work as a psychologist. He was a much loved husband, father, brother, uncle, colleague and friend. As his brother Pat said, "Peter had a great capability and capacity for kindness. He gave generously of his time to all that asked, and he did help. Peter, the non-pushy quiet extrovert with major social skills will be missed by all."

In the last few years of his life, Peter had a rare condition called Granulamatosis with polyanginiitis, which is a form of vasculitis. He fought it with strength and determination, but in the end he couldn't fight it anymore.

He is very missed by his wife, daughter, family and friends.
