The WSUP Charity raises funds for projects that help people in developing countries to lift themselves out of poverty. Projects typically provide: - Clean drinking water from community water kiosks, - School toilets and hygiene education, or - Sanitation systems in crowded urban slums.

Story

Starting  March 20th, I am trekking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal for 18 days.

While having trekked before, this year I’m doing it for a worthy cause – helping children access clean water and safe sanitation. As something that many others and I take for granted, the least we could do is support the communities that lack access to this basic human right. I could not imagine a more appropriate cause to represent, especially during World Water Day on the 22nd of March.

As the first person to hike on behalf of the WSUP Charity, join me in raising £5000 to fund the building of two new water and sanitation blocks in primary schools in Bangladesh.

This World Water Day let us give children the access to clean water and hygiene that they deserve.
