Virgin London Marathon 2012 · 22 April 2012 ·

Kingwood supports approximately 100 autistic adults, providing supported living & enabling people to live successfully in their own homes and communities. The support we offer depends on individual needs; some need 24/7 care, whilst others benefit from a little extra help to live independently.

Story

After running the London Marathon last year, I vowed never to do it again. Apparently, I'm not very good at keeping my promises.

This year I am raising money for Kingwood, a great charity that supports young adults with autism. The Trust is currently raising funds to build and run a college, the first of its kind, to equip students with the skills they'll need to find employment and lead fulfilling lives.

Running the Marathon isn't easy, but then neither is autism, so please donate generously. And thank you very much.

Pete
