On 30 April 2016, I will be lining up alongside my daughter Heather and son Dan at the start of the Isle of Wight Challenge - a 106km run/jog/walk around the coast of the island. We are hoping to complete the course in under 20 hours!

I am trying to raise sponsorship funds in support of the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust. Any contributions will help to fund the continuing operation of the Air Ambulance's two helicopters, which depend entirely on charitable donations.
