Story

Not a soul who witnessed it will ever forget that dramatic weekend last May when Alistair Petrie, through some devious feat of chicanery (and a curly-haired child proxy), contrived to throw dear, innocent Rupert Graves - fully clothed! - into the LAX Marriott Hotel pool.

Thanks to the generosity of the amazing Sherlock fan community, we raised over $500 for a wonderful charity in a matter of hours. But we're not done yet. As poor Rupert emerged dripping from that pool, many speculated about the manner in which the crafty Mr. Petrie might receive his comeuppance. We now have our answer. Justice will be swift and righteous and not even his impeccably tailored suits will save him from his cold, wet fate.

That's right, friends.

Rupert Graves is going to throw Alistair Petrie into an unheated pool. Outdoors. In January.

If, that is, we DOUBLE the amount we raised in L.A. If we can raise $1000 by Sunday, January 20th

PETRIE IS GOING IN THE POOL!

Your donation to this effort will help fund an organization that is conducting crucial and life-saving research into preventing premature births. They've already made great strides toward understanding what causes pre-term labor. Your support will help Borne continue to develop diagnostic, treatment and prevention strategies to reduce the rate of prematurity. Learn more about the important work Borne is doing at their website: www.borne.org.uk

Together, we can kindle the warm light of kindness and goodwill that is so desperately needed right now - and have loads of fun while we're at it.  Come on, we can do this!
