Our vision is that every person in prison has access to support and prayer. PF’s mission is to show Christ’s love to people in prison by coming alongside them and supporting them. We seek to support and develop a Christian ministry to people in prison and their families.

Story

Sycamore Tree is a victim awareness programme that teaches the principles of restorative justice. It is taught in prisons to groups of 20 learners by Prison Fellowship volunteers. Prisoners on the programme explore the effects of crime on victims, offenders and on the community. The course discuss what it would mean for prisoners to take responsibility for their personal actions.

Prison Fellowship have engaged with 10,000 prisoners in prisons across England and Wales since Sycamore Tree started.
