Immunodeficiency UK supports families with primary and secondary immunodeficiency. Immunodeficiency causes partial or full impairment of the immune system, leaving people unable to effectively resolve infections or disease. These disorders can be life-threatening and often need life-long care.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you will know by now, in March 2021 we lost our friend Paul Ash. Pash was the heart and soul of every party. His laugh was infectious, and despite his struggles with immuno-deficiencies he was always the guy who could pick you up when you were feeling down. He was all you could ask for in a mate, but also in a son, brother, grandson, uncle and boyfriend.

He left behind a large group of friends who are desperate to honour him and show what he meant to us, and it seemed only right to raise some money in the process for a charity he had worked closely with and advocated for in the past.

Therefore, on 14th August, around 15-20 of us will be hiking/struggling round the challenging 25-mile Yorkshire Three Peaks route in loving memory of Pash. Any money raised would be greatly appreciated for a very good cause, but no matter what you can afford to donate, if you ever met Pash please just think back to that time...I guarantee he put a smile on your face!
