Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 5th December 2020 my lovely dad sadly passed away  he had end stage renal failure and had been receiving dialysis 3 times a week, due to other health issues he was not eligible for transplant.

However, my son in law Ryan was diagnosed 2 years ago with IGA nephropathy and is also in end stage renal failure he is soon to start dialysis as his kidney function is now down to 7%.  He is eligible for transplant and we are hopeful that either a family member or a friend may step forward to donate and change his life for the better.  it can give him the opportunity to live and full and happy life with his wife, my daughter and their beautiful daughter who fortunately is only 1 and so she has no idea yet of the challenges he is facing on 3 weekly dialysis until a donor is found.

Research cannot help my dad now, but it can help Ryan in the future and others like him and my dad who are fighting kidney disease everyday.

Please make a donation in my dads name to help Ryan and others like him live a full and healthy life.
