We are raising money for GRASAC by cycling from Milan to Venice in three days.

The charity’s core objective is to relieve the emotional,
psychological and physical distress of those who have experienced sexual
violence at any time in their lives.  It carries out this work by offering
confidential face-to-face support and advocacy to men, women and young people
at its centre and at outreach centres throughout Gloucestershire.  The
charity also offers a helpline that is staffed by volunteers and additionally
offers a range of group and individualised support, including supporting those
who are involved with the criminal justice system and awaiting the trial of the
offender.  The staff that supports survivors going through the court
process work with victims of sexual abuse from age 5 upwards.

GRASAC works tirelessly to increase understanding and
recognition of the effects of sexual violence on the individual through
education and public awareness and provides information and advice to
organisations, companies, schools and universities.

Due to the unprecedented demand on the service currently,
Grasac are hoping to expand the service to enable the charity to meet the needs
of everyone that comes to the service for support.
