Story

Hiya

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This time the walking boots are off. I will be in 2 wheel form on a bike. Cycling the length of the UK from its two furthest points. Starting in the South in Lands End - over 13 days I will cycle  North 1000+ miles - alone and unsupported all the way ending up at John O Groats and climbing up hills equivalent to two Mount Everests about 55000 feet

This will be definitely the hardest challenge I will have ever done throughout my life, not a natural cyclist I will certainly be pushed all the way both mentally and physically.

  • Day 1 - Apr 30           Landsend to Washaway
  • Day 2 - May 1            Washaway to Taunton
  • Day 3 - May 2           Taunton to Gloucester
  • Day 4 - May 3           Gloucester to Penkridge
  • Day 5 - May 4           Penkridge to Wigan
  • Day 6 - May 5           Wigan to Kendal
  • Day 7 - May 6          Kendal to Lockerbie
  • Day 8 - May 7          Lockerbie to Queens Southferry
  • Day 9 - May 8          Queens Southferry to Dunkeld
  • Day 10 - May 9        Dunkeld to Aviemore
  • Day 11 - May 10      Aviemore to Evanton
  • Day 12 - May 11      Evanton to Helmsdale
  • Day 13- May 12     Helmsdale to John O Groats

Hopefully between us we can raise some pennies for AIMS Charity if we can raise £2 for every mile that will very special.
