Tracey and me are spending bank holiday Monday walking the 26 miles from Budle Bay to Alnmouth - we sure know how to live!

We want to raise funds for Age UK Sunderland to help them sustain the terrific work they do for older people and especially those suffering with Alzheimers like my Dad. He benefits from their excellent day care sessions every week and absolutely loves them.

And if you’re not of a red & white persuasion please don't let the Sunderland bit put you off as my Dad is a Londoner and isn't into football.
