I am part of a team of 20 at Saltus taking part in the Nuts Challenge, a 7km military themed obstacle course, through muddy terrain.

There are 100 manmade and natural obstacles to tackle throughout the
course, from wading through freezing cold mud pools, to climbing over military style walls.

We are raising money for an amazing charity called Child Rescue Nepal, to fully fund one of their small family based homes for six months.

The money we raise will pay for the roof over their heads, hot food, pastoral care and counselling.  These children have been rescued from terrible conditions and Child Rescue Nepal is their only hope.
