Terrence Higgins Trust is the UK's leading HIV and sexual health charity. Who support people (like me) living with HIV and amplify our voices, and help the people using their services to achieve good sexual health.

I was diagnosed as HIV+ in 2016, and have been helped and supported by the Terrence Higgins Trust since then. 

They helped me to find again the value in my life. They helped me to find purpose and build back my confidence, after I was outed and shamed for being HIV+

I now help as a volunteer and speaker for Positive Voices, one of the schemes managed by the Terrence Higgins Trust. 

Together we give talks to schools, prisons and companies to educate them about HIV awareness and good sexual health.
