This May, I'm cycling 120 miles from London to Amsterdam and hosting an online auction to raise £60k for Maggie's (https://www.maggies.org). Even at my great age and with very dodgy knees I'm delighted to partner with this incredible charity. Every year, over 300,000 people are diagnosed with cancer in the UK, facing tough questions, exhausting treatment and difficult emotions. These challenges affect not only those with cancer, but their family and friends, too. Maggies is there for anyone and everyone affected by cancer, offering a free programme of support online or in-person at one of their 23 Centres located across the UK.
