I'm running the London Marathon 2023 in support of War Child UK alongside my friend, Marcus Mumford.  I would love your support. War Child UK is the only specialist charity for children affected by conflict, and for three decades War Child has provided much needed resources to innocent children whose lives are at risk of being torn apart by war. 

While I've not seen War Child's operations up close, I have met some leaders from the organization and heard many stories from Marcus and Carey Mulligan, both of whom are Global Ambassadors for the organization.  Just this past October, Carey visited the War Child operation in the eastern part of Ukraine and testified to the power (and difficulty) of providing children in conflict with all kinds of support.

War Child reaches  children as early as possible when conflict breaks out and stays to support them throughout their recovery. All this takes money, and your support will go directly to that work.  There are, of course, many non-profit ventures doing vital work throughout the world, and if you'd prefer not to give at this time but want to stay updated on the race, just let me know.  But this seems both important and worthy.

Three of us (myself, Marcus, and Gavin Batty) will be running on the 23rd of April and, as of today, training is in full effect!
