On the 16 June I’ll be participating in the annual fund raising Coast to Coast charity ride in aid of Marie Curie. The ride is a total of approximately 155 miles across a variety of terrains which to an off road cycling novice should prove to be challenging. Fortunately I’m accompanied by my 14year old Grandson, who will no doubt show me the ropes and keep me safe!
