So... An awesome woman asked me to sign up to dance for a cause. How could I refuse really?
The project she works on (not with Children in Need but Cancer Focus) is described beautifully here https://youtu.be/TgONn_oUMHU by Kylie Minogue of all people and really is a fantastic idea.
Your donation is considered a conditional transfer. The condition is that I post photos and video of the incident on Facebook or some other humiliatingly public forum :P
So, pay to see me strut my funky stuff on competition night (7th December, with the size of the individual's fundraising counts towards final scores) and donate to Cancer Focus, that includes incredible projects like Writing for the Future. Your generosity will speak volumes of how my international community cares about local and very personal affairs. I know there's many worthy causes out there. But how often do you get to donate to see me dance, possibly in sequins?!
Go on! It's only a couple of cups of coffee! And if only half of my connections on Facebook donated 5GBP that would be over 600GBP. Not bad :)
Let's see 200% of my lowly target achieved!
