Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This will be my second summer of running, and fundraising.  Last year saw me complete three 10k's, in Blackpool, Manchester and Leeds.

I'm aiming to do similar again this year, but will be trying to cap it off with a half marathon, if ageing limbs and work commitments permit sufficient training.  I'll be kicking off in Blackpool on 8th May, when I should be joined by Wendy, my wife, for her first ever £10k; she's now done the distance in training.  Nick will join us work and training commitments allowing.

All my running this year will be in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
