The time has come once again to blow off the cob webs and get raising money hairdressers in need.

This years cycling challenge is the Rocacorba ride. Only 20km ride from Girona but its the gradient that is the big test!!! This will be the climax and the days before will be spent training for this. I'll be doing up to 100km per day of varying inclines to get my legs thoroughly warmed up.
