I will be running the London Marathon 2026 for Alzeimer’s Research UK. Over the last few years since my dad was diagoned with Alzeimers, this has become a big part of my life. Since his diagnosis he has slowly started to lose normal parts of his life (the things we take for granted). He can no longer drive, walk to the shops on his own, even the simple things like make a cuppa. He now finds it hard to hold a conversation as he can’t get the words out that he his thinking. Fortunately I still get to spend some quality time with my dad and he’s still managed to keep his sense of humour and always smiling.😁

I am looking to raise as much money possible to aid this charity in all they do in the support and treatment of all diagnosed Dementia/Alzeimers people.
