I'm taking on 62 Miles in March for Bliss

62 Miles in March 2025 · 1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025 ·
I'm taking on 62 Miles in March for Bliss, the UK's leading charity helping babies born premature or full-term, but sick.
1 in every 7 babies born in the UK will need specialist neonatal care, which means thousands of babies and their families seek information and support from Bliss every year.
By sponsoring me, your donation will help Bliss continue their work to ensure that every baby born premature or full-term who needs neonatal care will have the best chance of survival and quality of life.
Our son Luca arrived in this world on the 20th April 2023 slightly ahead of schedule at 25+1 weeks! So began our neo-natal journey. We spent a total of 116 days in the NICU split between the John Radcliffe in Oxford and Stoke Mandeville near Aylesbury. We were looked after amazing well by the fantastic staff at both hospitals and we will remain in their debt forever.
During our stay in hospital and now as we continue our journey with Luca outside of hospital I continue to be humbled by the amazing work charities such as Bliss do to support families going through a journey such as ours and similar.
I want to be able to help them to continue to offer their support which is so vital and much needed. So will be completing this challenge with the hope of raising at least £150 to help them to continue to deliver the fantastic work that they do.
Luca continues to amaze me with his resilience and and capacity to overcome obstacles put in his path, despite multiple re-admissions to hospital he continues to thrive. I feel truly blessed to be his Dad and humbled at the support we receive, we are very lucky. So if you can help me give something back to help support others I would be eternally grateful!
