Sue Ryder Care provided hospice care for Gladys at the end of last year and Annie (t'wife and t'trainer) and I will never forget the immense support and kindness shown at this unhappy time.

So my third London Marathon is dedicated to Sue Ryder Care.  Training is under way and vast quantities of pasta will be consumed in another effort to ensure the aged gent makes it round.  Went to the Marathon Shop at Covent Garden today (13/03/06) and they said my pronation needs correcting - I think it means I naturally run like a penguin or something.

I finished just 1hr 38min 40secs behind Felix Limo in 6537th position with a time of 03:45:19.  I put this down to the rain, the lack of spaghetti in my left leg and Felix Limo running too fast.
