Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.     I am just back from Cuba: Cycling at over 30 degrees with lots of hills was a great challenge - - - - - - -at the time it was very hot and quite painful but we all survived and a big THANKYOU to my sponsors (I think I earned every penny!) Although I tried to train in England nothing could have prepared me for the terrain and heat, It was certainly the trip of my lifetime ,and well worth doing.If you haven't already sponsored me it is not too late and I would like to achieve my target ! . The aim is to raise more than £3000 to aid the supply of much needed treatments and ongoing research into this condition that can affect any one of us!!!!
