I am joining up with the "The old gits Pacer group" who are taking part in Trek26 on Dartmoor in August 2021; doing the 13Miles trek, to help raise money for the Alzheimer's Society to help in the fight against dementia, probably the biggest health and social care challenge of our time. 

I am sure all of you will know someone who has been affected by dementia, and how terrible that is both for the sufferer and for their family and friends.
