I really appreciate your support.  I have been training all summer running around Newquay, finding aches and pains in all sorts of places.  I am running the Great North on September 20th this year with my friend Steve Mildenhall.  His close family were effected by miningitis, I disease I knew very little about.   I believe it is a very worthy charity to support.
