Climbing up stairs is hard work.  Running up them even harder.  How fast can I make it up 18 floors?  Can I beat the record of 1m 38 seconds?  I'll try my best!

Refuge is a charity that opened the world’s first refuge in West London in 1971. They support thousands of women & children every day, experiencing domestic and sexual violence, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, stalking, trafficking, prostitution & so-called ‘honour’ based violence.  

A great charity that do lots of great work!
