I have come up with a new challenge. On September 1st 2020 I will be running 6 miles (10k) every single day until September 1st 2021. I will be out every day for a whole year, 2,190 miles I will be running in total. That includes New Year’s Day/New Years Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Birthdays etc. All in aid of spreading the awareness of Preventing Suicide in young people, supporting bereaved families, and for mental health, again representing Wirral Mind. My aim is to help support as many people as I can and to keep pushing myself to raise and spread the awareness to people who are suffering in silence with mental health and for those people who feel like they are alone with their thoughts.
