Hi All!

The Teesside Trio of Phil, Karen and Lucy are running the Great North Run as part of "Team Sally" to raise funds for Alice House Hospice in Hartlepool. Over the past three months our lunch breaks have become Training Sessions, our meetings have turned into Pep Talks, and our Store Cupboard now resembles a small branch of Sports Direct!

The training is going well with all three of us running most days (it's surprisingly addictive and VERY competitive!) and we are well on target to smash the 13 miler on September 9th.

We aim to raise £1000 for the Hospice in memory of the late Sally Holbrook who was a huge supporter of this great cause, and in whose name we will be running the Half Marathon.
