In aid of World Mental Health day on 10 October 2020, I'll be taking part in a five-day global move challenge from 12-16 October 2020, to raise vital funds for Mental Health UK. #MoveforCharity Planning for some Virtual Cycling on Zwift to get the miles in, before and after work. And perhaps a ride out one lunch time, if time and weather permits.
