Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm doing a 100km bike ride on the 17th of July in support of Ups N Downs, a Northamptonshire-based charity which aims to promote awareness of Down syndrome and provides support to families in the area.

100km isn't that long for a keen cyclist, but it's a long way for me, so give me a tenner!
