Norfolk Wildlife Trust is the oldest Wildlife Trust in the UK, founded in 1926 to safeguard a single Nature Reserve, Cley Marshes. Today we care for over 50 nature reserves and other protected sites, restoring and reconnecting vital habitats for our wildlife and for people to enjoy.

The Cambridge 100, organised by Bike Events (https://www.bike-events.co.uk/Ride.aspx?id=683&n=y) is one of the first cycle events to be able to go ahead this year. Starting and finishing on the outskirts of Cambridge, the 100 mile route passes through some of Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk's most beautiful countryside, ranging as far as Ely Cathedral and Thetford Forest.

Norfolk Wildlife Trust is the oldest Wildlife Trust in the country. The
purchase of 400 acres of marsh at Cley on the north Norfolk coast in
1926 to be held ‘in perpetuity as a bird breeding sanctuary’ provided a
blueprint for nature conservation which has now been replicated across the UK. As a local charity committed to saving Norfolk’s wildlife, NWT relies on and deserves our support.
