Dear all,

On 4th October I will be running my very first marathon - either the Chester Marathon (if it goes ahead), else I will run a solo marathon around the city of Liverpool.

I will be running in aid of Claire House, a charity I've been supporting for many years and having had the privilege of visiting their centre a few times over the years, I see the essential support they provide to children (and their families) with complex, life limiting needs. They receive no government funding and all the services they provide come through generous donations from supporters, fundraising and their charity shops... 

Any money you can spare will go to such a worthy cause.
