I am going to run the GWR raising money for Force Cancer Charity following their amazing support of my friend Sophie Constant, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. Your donations will enable them to continue providing this amazing support to both Sophie and others that are diagnosed with cancer.

I am an avid gym goer but run only 3-9 miles a week. I am excited to get started with this but recognise it is going to be a big challenge! I am grateful to have wonderful support from my friend and PT Dan Hall as well as other friends and family.
