Thank you so much for visiting my JustGiving page, I am extremely proud to represent the independent charity Safer Wales at the
London Marathon 2017. This is my first marathon and I am equally as nervous as I am excited,  this is a fantastic opportunity to help spread awareness and raise funds for a charity I am very passionate about.

Safer Wales is an independent charity that provides vital support and services to victims of domestic violence, rape, sexual abuse, exploitation and hate crime.

I am a regular volunteer of Safer Wales’ outreach programme called Street Life; this supports the needs of those who are being sexually exploited through street-based prostitution in the Cardiff and Swansea areas. Being a Street Life volunteer has taught me first hand about how crucial the support services are that Safer Wales provides, to those who need it.

I will be taking part in various fundraising activities to help spread awareness and raise funds in the due course. Any donation big or small will be massively appreciated, it will make a huge difference in helping to maintain and develop services that ultimately allow individuals to lead a happy, safe and independent life.
